My Review (5 stars out of 5)
With bad-boy Danny out of the way, the remaining members of the notorious Glass family prepare for war. Luke strives to find people he can trust to keep his empire safe, but with rumours of a police spy within the firm, he must tread carefully. To make matters worse, a previously unknown member of the Glass family emerges from the woodwork, giving Luke and his sister Nina a whole new set of concerns…
This is book two in the Glass Family series and it’s an absolute cracker. Owen Mullen starts off with a bang and keeps the action going all the way to the end. In a twisty-turny plot he ramps up the tension as his cast of disparate characters fight to stay on top. The development of the main players is interesting too and makes perfect sense with what we already know about them. As always, the story is realistic and believable, including a fair spoonful of violence as several storylines come together in a plot that only intensifies as we hurtle towards a thrilling climax.
Having already ordered the next book in the series, I can’t wait to see how the Glass Family deal with their new set-up. Bring it on, Mr Mullen!
So glad that you are enjoying this excellent author, Colin. ❤📚
